Athlete, Competitor, Coach, Mentor, Business Owner, Author, Guest Speaker, Friend, On Air Talent, Producer… and now blogger.

Angela-Bio-PostHi, I’m Angela Jordan and thanks for visiting my new website. With the New Year here and the launch of my new website, comes my newest adventure – a commitment to my blog. In the months to come I will share fitness advice, nutritional tips, beauty secrets, product reviews and my very honest opinions about what is going on in the world around us.

I have spent more than two decades helping clients in my gym achieve their goals and now I want to help more people make positive changes in their lives. When it comes to making a change to your lifestyle, you need to first figure out what your thing is. You know, that thing that motivates you to keep going, change your ways and strive to be better. It can be a person, a place, a feeling…your thing can be anything! And keep in mind that your thing will change as your life changes, so be flexible and open-minded.

I want to help you figure out what your thing is. It’s time to get REAL!

    REALIZE
Realize what you want to change and focus on.
    EVALUATE
Evaluate what you are willing to do to make that change and reach your goals (helpful hint – be realistic! If you don’t like gyms, don’t join a gym). Evaluate why you have set those goals what expect to achieve and receive when you accomplish your goals.
    ACTION
Put your plan into action and make those goals become reality.
    LIVE
Start to achieve your goals and now by living what you want to project to the world. People should be able to look at you and see what it is that you strive for in your life. Do you look fit, put together, on your game, healthy and confident? Ask yourself what are you projecting to the world… “Healthy and Fit” or “Lazy and Lethargic”?

By getting REAL, you will figure out what your thing is. Remember, your thing is the reason you have decided to improve your life. Your thing is what will keep you focused. Believe me, when you find your thing, you will be UNSTOPPABLE!

    What’s your thing?
